Public Service Announcement

Do not buy shoes from these people (or their ebay store). Way back in November, I bought a pair of shoes for a Christmas gift, and somehow got two right shoes. So I sent them in for an exchange (with delivery confirmation so I know they got there)--and have heard nothing since.

No one answers the phone at the main number on their site. They apparently don't ever check the voice mail either. They do answer the customer service number (646-303-4184), but no one there speaks English or is even aware that they sell shoes. They don't answer email.

Amazon, I will never forsake you again.
